Respect those who hold age above us, for great is their wisdom, and few their years. Appreciate those new to this world for their wisdom now years are promised.

“Their light has left the world,” the words can hardly squeak through your lips in the wracking, broken voice of your grief.

Your spouse, parent or — worst of all — child have passed away.
