Daily Meditation #117 — 6/19/2022

Believe it or not, this is what your heart actually looks like

We find in the world what is already in our heart.

If you are feeling oppressed in your heart, you will find oppression.
If you are feeling poor in your heart, you will find more wanting.
If you are feeling sick in your heart, you will find more illness.

This is the inverse power of perception.
As you adjust your perception to a positive lens, instead:

When you are feeling oppressed in your heart, you will find freedom.
When you are feeling poor in your heart, you will find gratitude for what you have.
When you are feeling sick in your heart, you will find needed strength.

Too readily do you allow the world to tell you what you should care about and how you should feel about things.

Perception is the ultimate superpower in that it allows us to know that no matter what chains are on the vessel of our soul — our body — we are truly free.
Perception is how we find riches in our rags.
