school sucked, didn’t it

When you were in middle school (and maybe even high school), did you ever experience unnecessary hatred?

Now, one could argue all hate is unnecessary.
You also may have been the popular kid (or the bully lol).

A similar hate may have happened to you in the office or other place of work.

Here’s the first thing to know: There’ll always be someone who hates your guts and there’ll almost always be no real reason. Unfortunately.

They don’t know you.
They know nothing at all about you.
And no matter what you may “teach” them about you, well, they’ll keep hating you.

Some people just “like” hating. This isn’t the same kind of “like” as in you may like a good, homemade chocolate chip cookie where you get enjoyment. It’s a liking as in they live a jealous, angry life where hating others is simply in their nature.

Don’t let that be the way you operate.
But also understand that’s how some other NPCs may operate.

And then, with that understanding, let yourself be self-protective, certainly, but neutral back to them…
