Forgive me my clickbait title and picture, haha!

Today, the USA is voting for many different roles, people, and concepts across our country.

But today’s DM is not about politics (they nearly never are).

No, today is another version of our famous YouDaimonia motto:

Behave in a manner consistent with the person you aspire to become.

Or, behave today in a manner consistent with the person you aspire to become tomorrow.

And when you act consistently with these aspirations, each correct choice is a VOTE for that future self.

You choose to say “no” to the donut in the breakroom.

You opt to rise at 5 when the alarm goes off the first time.

You decide to walk on the treadmill while you enjoy your reruns of “The Office.”

While today may be a big’un for the USA, every moment of every day is an opportunity to make a good vote for the self and for that version of the self in the future which you aspire to.
