Daily Meditation 1,069–2/8/2025

I am proud of you.

You conquered addiction — alcohol, cigarettes, social media, porn, or heroin.

You overcame your past.

You defeated your demons.

You brought into check your self-doubt, impostor syndrome, and mental weaknesses.

You have managed the things you could’ve allowed yourself to be a victim over — rape, incest, domestic violence, unloving parents, or friends who’ve used you — and instead opted for responsibility and forward thinking.

Sure, these demons are merely “defeated” and not dead and destroyed, but you’ve beaten them. They’ll come back, but that’s okay. You’ll be ready for them once more.

See, once you defeat one of your demons — the addiction, the past, the self-doubts — you know you can do it and you’ll know one way how to do it.

So, in closing — I’m proud of you. Whether or not this is beneficial from a “random guy on the internet” is irrelevant. You just needed the message, not the messenger, to understand you did it and you can do it again and that you will prevail.
