Daily Meditation #192–9/2/2022

I always thought the concept of pictures on train tracks as quite funny.

It can be easy to fall into the trap of staying upset with loved ones.

You need to feel right.
They spent money on something stupid.
Some words were said that weren’t well thought out.

But, life is so short. It has a bad tendency to rob us with tragedy when we least expect it.

If you love someone, then love them now.

Be openminded with them.
Money is minor and you can talk about it.
Apologize and mean it.

Love them now and keep grudges on very short leashes.

You never know when tragedy or death may come pay you a visit. Tomorrow is not promised for any of us…

Work hard for peace and love with one another in each of the infinite nows.

Follow for daily philosophical meditations.

These are distillations from my coming book “YouDaimonia: the Ancient Philosophy of Human Flourishing.”
