Daily Meditation 868–7/16/2024

The image above for today’s Daily Meditation is literally every DM I’ve written.

It took nearly 20 hours to compile.

Size 6 font.
867 Meditations.
Single spacing.
About half were printed 2-column.
Something like 300,000-400,000 words, if calculated right.

…and it still took 2 reams of paper. Even shrunk and scrunched.

I was flabbergasted.

When you say you’ve written something for 850+ days in a row it sounds pretty crazy. But when you actually sit down, compile it, and then print it on 2 reams of paper which you can scarcely wrap a hand around?
It becomes surreal.

Today’s DM is a call to action for you.

Painting, woodworking, photography, rock climbing, scuba diving, knitting, gardening, cooking, learning languages, writing, brewing , ballroom dancing, model building, chess, pottery, bird watching, sewing, astronomy, fly fishing, sculpting, making jewelry, ice skating, digital art, calligraphy, leatherworking, metalworking…

Whatever your “thing” is which you do well, keep doing that thing.
