Humans are inherent control freaks.

Riding in the car, our spouse may exclaim “I really wish you’d get around this guy!” or “You’re driving too fast! Slow down!”

Playing football, benched, we scream at our teammates what they should do — or what the refs should do.

Ordering food at the restaurant, we tell the waiter “I’m allergic to shellfish,” and then ask them when the food is brought, “There isn’t shellfish in it, right?”
