Is Your SO Cheating?

Each day you wake up with doubt in your heart…

You believe you’ll be fired from your career…

You believe the state of the world is collapsing…

You believe your spouse is sleeping with someone else…

If they are or are not sleeping with someone, what will you do?
What can be done?
Is it worth your anxiety to believe it every day, however small or great the odds?
Is it worth undermining your love thinking about it every day? Being suspicious?

Is it worth it, poking them with passive aggressions every hour, trying to suss out any inconsistencies day after day, month after month, year after year?

When will you be satisfied, “Yes, they are committed to me”? After how many times failing and failing and failing to find fault or proof will it be enough to think, “I guess they are loyal”?

It will never be enough for you…

You will never be satisfied by drinking from the cup of mistrust.
Seeds of doubt sown yield no nourishment to your soul, only strife.

You have no power over anyone nor their actions…

You only have power over your mind. Your perceptions.

Just trust and let go.
Trust is the only way.
